Q What does your after sales warranty service include?
A We offer a 24 month warranty for the whole machine from the date of shipment (consumable parts excluded). Within the warranty period, we supply free replacement for quality caused defective parts. Lifelong technical consultation and spareparts supply are available after warranty expires.

Q How about your packaging and delivery lead time for the industrial furnace equipment?
A The equipment will be packed in seaworthy fumigated wooden cases to avoid damage during sea transportation. Normal production lead time is 30-60 working days after receiving your deposit. Delivery time may vary depending on customized specifications.

Q What are your payment terms for placing an order?
A Our common payment term is 50% deposit by T/T for production, and 50% balance to be paid before shipment. Other negotiable payment methods can be discussed based on cooperation scale.

A Yes. We support personalized customization including chamber size, temperature range, cooling mode and functional modules. Please share your detailed process requirements, material type and production targets, and our technical team will work out a tailored solution for you.

A We provide complete English language operation manuals, video tutorials, and remote online guidance. Our engineers can also offer on site commissioning and operator training upon request at extra cost to help your team master equipment operation quickly.
